I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

II. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZEN

Für den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Anwendung.

Die im Berichtsjahr angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden haben keine nennenswerten Änderungen gegenüber denen des Vorjahres erfahren.

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens und die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert und über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Zur Anwendung kommt die lineare Abschreibungsmethode. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 werden sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen; die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf.

Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen zum Bilanzstichtag € 35.859,07 (Vorjahr: T€ 138)

Mitarbeiter

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Mitarbeiter beträgt 18 (Vorjahr: 16).
