1. Allgemeine Angaben

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

In Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung den gesetzlichen Regelvorschriften. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen linear über die betriebsbedingten Nutzungsdauern. Sie werden für die Zugänge des ersten Halbjahres bei den beweglichen Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens mit dem vollen, für die des zweiten Halbjahres mit dem halben Jahressatz vorgenommen. Soweit der nach vorstehenden Grundsätzen ermittelte Wert von Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens über dem Wert liegt, der ihnen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen ist, ist dem durch außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen oder Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Die Bildung von pauschalen Wertberichtigungen wurde aufgrund der kurzen Forderungslaufzeiten nicht für erforderlich gehalten. Beim übrigen Umlaufvermögen wurden bis zur Bilanzaufstellung eingetretene negative Wertschwankungen durch Abschreibungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Von den vorstehenden Bewertungsgrundsätzen ist nicht abgewichen worden.

Fremde Währungen waren am Stichtag nicht vorhanden.

2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Anlagevermögen

Die Abschreibungen betreffen ausschließlich planmäßige Abschreibungen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Hierunter wird das Geschäftsführer-Verrechnungskonto, - Kontokorrentkonto, mit einem Zinssatz von 6% p.a.- von € 69.548,60 ausgewiesen.

Sonstige Rückstellungen

Hierunter ist die Tantiemeverpflichtung an Gesellschafter bzw. Geschäftsführer von € 9.470,00 ausgewiesen.
