I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der e-laborate Innovations GmbH, Nürnberg, vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. Es sind keine Umstände erkennbar, die dazu führen, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild nicht vermittelt (§ 264 Abs. 2 HGB).

Die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses, entspricht den gesetzlichen Regelungen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der e-laborate Innovations GmbH zum 31.12.2022 wurden als Bilanzvorträge übernommen.

Die Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden haben sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr - soweit im nachfolgenden nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt - nicht geändert.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend er Nutzungsdauer bewertet.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer bewertet.

Als Abschreibungsmethode kam die lineare Methode zur Anwendung. Die Abschreibung auf Neuzugänge des beweglichen Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte pro rata temporis.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen wurden im Berichtsjahr nicht vorgenommen.

Die Zugänge und Abgänge des Berichtjahres, die gewählte Abschreibungsmethode und die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer de Vermögensgegenstände sind au den Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ersichtlich. Die angewandten Abschreibungsmethoden und Abschreibungssätze entsprechen den rechtlichen
Vorschriften.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ist das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch ein Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben beim Kreditinstitut wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Dr. Michael Martinek.
