Anhang

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden aus dem Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurden unverändert übernommen.

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Tarsier GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Nürnberg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Nürnberg unter HRB 35068 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie ggf. des Gesellschaftsvertrages zu beachten.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 267, 276, 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegestände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und der Kassenbestand sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Fremdwährungsforderungen wurden mit dem Kurs zum Zeitpunkt der Erstbuchung bewertet. Effekte aus Kursänderungen wurden durch Neubewertungen am Bilanzstichtag gemäß § 256a HGB berücksichtigt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr betragen 7.790,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 5.010,00 Euro).

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von 25.098,53 Euro (Vorjahr: 17.019,37 Euro) enthalten.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Im Jahresdurchschnitt wurden 9 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
