I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der dev-threads GmbH, Nürnberg, vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. Es sind keine Umstände erkennbar, die dazu führen, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild nicht vermittelt (§ 264 Abs. 2 HGB).

Die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses, entspricht den gesetzlichen Regelungen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der dev-threads GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurden als Bilanzvorträge übernommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ist das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben beim Kreditinstitut wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Andreas Kleinöder.
