A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Firma Lohse Sanierung GmbH mit Sitz in Nürnberg, ist beim Amtsgericht Nürnberg im Handelsregister Abteilung B unter der Nr. 36899 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Lohse Sanierung GmbH, Nürnberg, wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. Es sind keine Umstände erkennbar, die dazu führen, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild nicht vermittelt (§ 264 Abs. 2 HGB).

Die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses, entspricht den gesetzlichen Regelungen. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs. 2 HGB) gewählt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich nach § 267 HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit ihren Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der Beträge eingestellt, die unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzip nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig waren.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, die entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen wurden, angesetzt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Nettowert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Der Ansatz des gezeichneten Kapital erfolgt zum Nennbetrag.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.

Die Aufwendungen und Erträge sind auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Im Geschäftsjahr hat die Gesellschaft 49 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Gesellschaft ist für das Geschäftsjahr als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB einzustufen.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Angaben nach § 285 Nr. 10 HGB

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr Herr Juan Carlos Alvarez Espinosa, Malermeister.
