Vorbemerkungen

1. Buchführung

Die Buchführung wird von unserer Buchstelle nach dem EDV System DATEV erstellt.

Aufbau und Organisation des Rechnungswesen entsprechen nach unseren Feststellungen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, sowie den Anforderungen, die nach der Verkehrsauffassung an eine ordnungsgemäße Buchführung zu stellen sind.

2. Kasse

Die baren Geschäftsvorfälle erfaßt unser Mandant in einem von ihm geführten Kassenbuch.

3. Abschlußvermerk

Von Frau Dast, Geschäftsführerin, sind wir beauftragt worden, die Bilanz 2017 zu erstellen und auf dieser Grundlage die Steuererklärungen auszuarbeiten.

Vorstehender Jahresabschluss wurde von uns erstellt. Die Buchführung und das Inventar einschließlich die Inventurwerte haben wir auf ihre Plausibilität beurteilt. Dabei sind uns keine Sachverhalte bekannt geworden, die gegen die Ordnungsmäßigkeit des Jahresabschlusses sprechen.

4. Allgemeine Auftragsbedingungen

Für die Durchführung des Auftrages und unserer Verantwortung auch im Verhältnis zu Dritten sind die "Allgemeinen Auftragsbedingungen" für Steuerberater und Steuerberatungsgesellschaften maßgebend.
