1.1. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 der dot.concept solutions GmbH, Nußloch, eingetragen unter der HRB-Nr.: 727838 beim Amtsgericht Mannheim, wurde erstmals in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) sowie nach den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung erstellt.

1.2. Für das Unternehmen besteht Buchführungspflicht nach den §§ 238 ff HGB. Die Aufzeichnungen der Geschäftsvorfälle erfolgten nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften
(§§ 264 ff HGB).

1.3. Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinst-Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 a HGB.

1.4. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) und bei der Offenlegung (§ 326 HGB bzw. § 327 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

1.5. Die durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer betrug im Jahr 2022 nach Köpfen 2 Personen.

2.1. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung änderte sich nicht gegenüber dem Vorjahr.
Die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind mit denen des Vorjahres vergleichbar.

2.2. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich an den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Bei diesem Jahresabschluss handelt es sich um eine so genannte "Handelsbilanz" nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz.

2.3. Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen, Grundstücksrechte nicht mit Grundstückslasten verrechnet worden.

3.1. Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden. Dies gilt selbst dann, wenn diese erst zwischen dem Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

3.2. Anlagevermögen

3.2.1. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen, bewertet.
Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde auf der Basis der handelsrechtlichen Abschreibung bestimmt, wobei die jeweiligen Mindestwerte zum Ansatz kamen.

3.2.2. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

3.3. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert, vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

3.4. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

3.5. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden mit dem nach kaufmännischer Vernunft notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

3.6. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

4.1.1. Die Aufgliederung und die Bewegungen des Anlagevermögens sind dem der Bilanz beigefügtem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

4.1.2. Der Betrag der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beläuft sich auf 44.918,89 € (Vorjahr: 30.444,91 €).

4.1.3. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 44.918,89 € (Vorjahr: 30.444,91 €) enthalten.

4.2.1. Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von 25.000,00 € ist zur Hälfte einbezahlt.

4.2.2. Der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 85.093,51 Euro (Vorjahr:: 57.200,74 Euro) wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

4.3.1. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Rückstellungen für den Jahresabschluss, die Rückstellungen für die Ertragssteuern und die Rückstellungen für die Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen.

4.4. Verbindlichkeiten

4.4.1. Die Fristigkeit der Verbindlichkeiten ergibt sich nach folgendem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel:
