A. Grundlegende Angaben zum Unternehmen und zur Bilanzierung

Registerdaten zum Unternehmen, Gliederung, Vorjahresbeträge
Der Jahresabschluss der Aries Solution GmbH, Oberderdingen (Amtsgericht Mannheim, HRB 730318) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 bis 3 HGB) bilanziert.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis zu drei Jahren), bewertet. Selbst erstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden nicht aktiviert.

Der aktivierte Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wird entsprechend seiner geschätzten Nutzungsdauer von funfzehn Jahren abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Herstellungskosten der Sachanlagen werden i. H. der handelsrechtlichen Untergrenze bemessen (Einzelkosten, angemessene Material- und Fertigungsgemeinkosten sowie Werteverzehr des Anlagevermögens, soweit durch die Fertigung veranlasst). Einbeziehungswahlrechte werden nicht ausgeübt. Auch Fremdkapitalzinsen werden nicht aktiviert.

Steuerlich sogenannte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangszeitpunkt sofort vollständig abgeschrieben.

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe und Waren werden zu Anschaffungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten angesetzt.

Die unfertigen und fertigen Erzeugnisse werden zu Herstellungskosten (Einzelkosten, angemessene Material- und Fertigungsgemeinkosten sowie Werteverzehr des Anlagevermögens, soweit durch die Fertigung veranlasst) bewertet, sofern nicht nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB um noch anfallende Aufwendungen geminderte Verkaufswerte anzusetzen sind.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wird zusätzlich durch eine ausreichend bemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen werden i. H. des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen i. H. der allgemeinen Inflationsrate berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssätze werden die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätze der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank gemäß Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung monatlich ermittelt und bekannt gegeben werden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung werden zum jeweiligen Tageskurs eingebucht. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. In anderen Fällen werden eventuelle Kursverluste am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt.

Latente Steuern gemäß § 274 HGB werden nicht gebildet.
