Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die asuco Service GmbH (kurz: Gesellschaft) ist beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nummer HRB 213241 im Handelsregister eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB und der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist am Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Von den für diese Gesellschaften vorgesehenen Erleichterungen wird hinsichtlich der Angaben nach den §§ 274a und 288 HGB und der Aufstellung nach § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Bei der Aufstellung wurde von den Erleichterungen nach § 276 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss wird im Unternehmensregister veröffentlicht.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die unter den Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Beteiligungen und langfristigen Kautionen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen.

Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

Das unter Eigenkapital ausgewiesene gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem im Handelsregister als Stammkapital eingetragenen Nominalbetrag.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Erträge und Aufwendungen werden periodengerecht abgegrenzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind, wie im Vorjahr, innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

2. Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 272.501,09 EUR (Vorjahr 131.999,55 EUR) haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Davon bestehen 211,84 EUR (Vorjahr 284,33 EUR) gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr 384.000,00 EUR) haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind unbesichert.

D. Sonstige Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Langfristige bzw. mehrjährige finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind, bestehen zum Abschlussstichtag nicht.

2. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter
Im Geschäftsjahr beschäftigte die Gesellschaft im Durchschnitt 12 Mitarbeiter.
