I. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und 288 Satz 1 HGB hat die Gesellschaft Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Forderungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum Nennwert angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich, wird der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Forderungen und Wertpapiere werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

III. Bilanzerläuterungen
1. Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Rückstellung für Gehaltskosten der Mitarbeiter sowie der freiberuflichen Mitarbeiter. Eine sonstige Rückstellung wurde gebildet für die Kosten der Berufsgenossenschaft und für die Kosten des Jahresabschlusses.
2. Verbindlichkeiten
Von den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten weist ein Betrag von insgesamt 461 T.€ eine mittelfristige Laufzeit (Laufzeit zwischen einem Jahr und fünf Jahren) aus. Die anderen ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
