Anhang

Allgemeiner Teil

Der Jahresabschluss der Entact Information Security GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a, § 288 und § 326 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 Abs.1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Zur Vergrößerung der Klarheit der Darstellung wurden in der Bilanz einzelne Posten des Gliederungsschemas in § 266 HGB zusammengefasst.

Die Bilanz entspricht in ihrer Reihenfolge dem Postenaufbau des gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Gliederungsschemas. Zusammen mit dem Anhang ergibt sich ein zutreffendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerlicher Maßnahmen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Kassenguthaben sind zu Nominalwerten bilanziert.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beträgt 2.762,10 Euro (Vorjahr 2.165,85 Euro).

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten beträgt 831,63 Euro (Vorjahr: 1.190,00 Euro).

Darin sind enthalten:

- Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr: 831,63 Euro (Vorjahr: 1.190,00 Euro).
