Allgemeine Angaben

Die Pratham Software GmbH, Oberhaching, wird beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nr. HRB 216978 geführt.

Sie nimmt als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. §§ 267a Abs. 1 i. V. m. 267 Abs. 1 HGB die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen teilweise in Anspruch. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Fristigkeitsvermerke zu den Forderungen (§ 268 Abs. 4 HGB) und zu den Verbindlichkeiten (§ 268 Abs. 5 HGB) wurden zur Verbesserung der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit in den Anhang aufgenommen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgeblich.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften entsprechen den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Die Bewertung entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung (insbesondere Realisationsprinzip, Imparitätsprinzip und allgemeines Vorsichtsprinzip, Prinzip der Einzelbewertung, Grundsatz der Periodenabgrenzung und Going-Concern-Grundsatz).

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden durch ein Anlagenverzeichnis nachgewiesen, in dem die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, die Zugänge und Abgänge, die Abschreibungssätze und
-beträge sowie die Restbuchwerte der einzelnen Anlagegüter enthalten sind.

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden auf Basis steuerlich anerkannter Nutzungsdauern sowie tatsächlicher betrieblicher Gegebenheiten vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterung zur Bilanz

Umlaufvermögen

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von TEUR 24 (Vj.: TEUR 4) bestehen aus Steuern.

Sonstige Angaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind, bestehen nicht.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden neben den beiden Geschäftsführern keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr waren die Herren Stefan Stöckert, Unternehmensberater und Michael Peter Seydel, Unternehmensberater.
