Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2025

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die SCAPS GmbH Scanner Application Software mit Sitz in Deisenhofen ist unter der Nummer HRB 114191 im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München registriert.
Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Deshalb wurden für den Anhang des Geschäftsjahres 2025 die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB unter erstmaliger Anwendung des BilRUG aufgestellt.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibung erfolgte linear. Bewegliche, abnutzbare Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen 250,00 € und 1.000,00 €, sind von untergeordneter Bedeutung und werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen auch in der Handelsbilanz entsprechend den steuerlichen Regelungen abgeschrieben.
Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Die unfertigen Erzeugnisse und die unfertigen Leistungen sind mit den direkt zurechenbaren Kosten zuzüglich angemessener Gemeinkosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und Geldbestände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nominalwerten angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen mit dem Betrag der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme. Dieser Bilanzpos-ten enthält Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss- und Beratungskosten. Sie haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.
Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. SCAPS GmbH Anlage III Scanner Application Software Seite - 2 -

3. Angaben zur Bilanz
Alle Forderungen weisen - ebenso wie im Vorjahr - eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr aus.
Der Gewinnvortrag beträgt € 3.416.590,13.
Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind sowohl im Berichtsjahr als auch im Vorjahr innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
5. Sonstige Angaben
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr im Durchschnitt 23 Mitarbeiter.
