I. Anwendung des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes

Der Jahresabschluss der K2 Summit GmbH, Oberhaching, ist nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt worden. Von den Wahlrechten zu größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Das Bankguthaben wird zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

2. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Kapital

Das gezeichnete Stammkapital in Höhe von 25.000,00 € ist voll einbezahlt.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Es sind Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von 1.828,38 € enthalten. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren sind nicht enthalten.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind auch solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten in Höhe von 1.828,38 €.
