Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gem. § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Aktiengesetzes zu beachten.

Der Firmenname laut Registergericht lautet copago AG, der Firmensitz ist laut Registergericht in 46047 Oberhausen. Die Gesellschaft ist eingetragen im Handelsregister des Registergerichts Duisburg unter der Register-Nr. B 35801.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden aktiviert und um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen vermindert. Vom Wahlrecht nach § 248 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 18.472,76 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 926.769,95 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.265.923,29 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 281.143,06 EUR (Vorjahr: 365.052,52 EUR).

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von 212.090,18 EUR sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen, davon 150.302,28 EUR mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Des weiteren bestehen nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus noch nicht geleisteten Kommanditeinlagen in Höhe von 25.000,00 EUR.

Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 41,0.
