Grundsätzliche Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss 2020 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften sowie bestimmten Personenhandelsgesellschaften, den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung sowie den Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 268-274a, 276-277 HGB, und unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256a HGB erstellt.

Darstellungsstetigkeit
Die Form der Darstellung, insbesondere die Gliederung der Bilanz, wurde entsprechend dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2019 beibehalten.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Bilanzierungsmethoden
Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet.

Die Ansatzwahlrechte wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert ausgeübt.

Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert angewandt.

Im Einzelnen erfolgte die Bewertung wie folgt:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie sind in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag dotiert.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter

Die Summe der Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter beläuft sich auf EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit unter fünf Jahren und sind nicht besichert.
