I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Gliederung

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt entsprechend der Gliederung nach § 266 und § 275 HGB. Angaben, die zulässigerweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, werden grundsätzlich im Anhang gemacht.

1. Umlaufvermögen

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgten zum Nominalwert.

2. Eigenkapital

Das Eigenkapital ist in der Bilanz zweckentsprechend gegliedert.

Die Bewertung der sonstigen Rückstellungen erfolgt in Höhe der zu erwartenden Inanspruchnahme.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Nominalwerten berücksichtigt.
