ANHANG

Der Jahresabschluss wurde für das Geschäfsjahr 2010 nach dem Bilanzrichtliniengesetz aufgestellt. Die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei den Kredtitinstituten sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem erforderlichen Betrag bewertet.

Zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer war om Geschäftsjahr Herr Kaufmann Dietmar Wollenberg bestellt.
