Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben Die M2C ExpertControl GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Offenberg und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Deggendorf unter der Register-Nr. HRB 3150 eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. HGB und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs.1 auf. Der Jahresabschluss umfasst somit die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die im Vorjahr angewandten Gliederungsgrundsätze wurden beibehalten.
II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen gemäß der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Zugänge zum beweglichen Sachanlagevermögen werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800,00 € werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung des Warenbestands erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten.
Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.
Das Stammkapital wird als Gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen und ist zum Nennwert bewertet.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Es wird von der größenabhängigen Erleichterung gem. 288 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Anlagegitters verzichtet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Es bestehen keine Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Forderungen an verbundene Unternehmen über 18.584,10 € (Vj. 128.768,23 €) enthalten.

Gezeichnetes Kapital
Die Gesellschaft wurde im Jahr 1998 gegründet. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 40.000,00 €.

Eigene Anteile
Die Gesellschaft hält eigene Anteile über 3.800,00 €.

Bilanzgewinn

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag i.H.v. 401.811,49 enthalten.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betragen 0,00 € (Vj 3.887,05 €). Hierbei handelt es sich um Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Mitarbeiter

Im Jahresdurchschnitt 2023 wurden 12 Arbeitnehmer (Angestellte) beschäftigt.

Geschäftsführung

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Dr. Ing. Christian Robl.
Unter Berufung auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB werden keine Angaben zu den Bezügen des Geschäftsführers gemacht.

Anteilsbesitz
Die Gesellschaft hält zu 100 % Anteile (Eigenkapital 35.000,00 €) an der M2C ExpertControl GmbH, Graz, Österreich.
