Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) i. d. F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrags und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des Handelsgesetzbuches.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gegliedert.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang teilweise Gebrauch gemacht worden.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind - soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig - an den steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen orientiert.

Bei den Bilanzposten wurden folgende Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:

Anlagevermögen

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten und, sofern deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und - soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig - entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Bei Zugängen von beweglichen Sachanlagevermögen erfolgt die Abschreibung monatsgenau.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert unter Euro 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Der Abgang dieser Vermögensgegenstände wird im fünften auf den Zugang folgenden Jahr unterstellt.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich werden Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen.

Umlaufvermögen

Waren sind zu ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Passivposten

Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit dem nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB angesetzt worden.

Von einer Anwendung des Abzinsungsgebots für Rückstellungen nach § 253 Abs. 2 HGB wurde abgesehen, soweit die Abzinsungsbeträge unwesentlich waren.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, werden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist in einer gesonderten Anlage beigefügt.

Die Laufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten nach § 285 Nr. 1 und 2 HGB und ihre Besicherung ergeben sich aus folgender Übersicht:

Auf die Aufgliederung der Umsatzerlöse nach § 285 Satz 1 Nr. 4 HGB wurde gemäß § 288 Abs. 2 HGB verzichtet.
