Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, soweit sie passivierungsfähig sind.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Angaben zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen
Die Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr betragen € 28.400,00 (Vorjahr € 12.000,00)
2. Verbindlichkeiten
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben keine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter betragen € 138.302,37 (Vorjahr € 56.067,34)
