1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die elbstack GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Oldenburg (Oldenburg). Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Oldenburg unter HRB 218803 eingetragen.

2. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf und wird gemäß den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften aufgestellt, wobei die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erfolgt

3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der jeweiligen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Dies gilt auch für im Berichtsjahr zugegangene Vermögensgegenstände mit Ausnahme der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter. Die Anschaffungskosten der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bei der Beteiligung an der epSUM erfolgte eine Zuschreibung auf die ursprünglichen Anschaffungskosten i.H.v. 15.000,00EUR

Bei den Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, die grundsätzlich alle innerhalb eines Jahres nach dem Bilanzstichtag fällig werden, erfolgt der Ansatz mit dem Nennwert.

Unter dem Posten Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden Guthaben auf Kryptowährungsbörsen ausgewiesen. Die Kryptowährungsbestände wurden uns anhand eines Kontoauszuges zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen und zum tagesaktuellen Eurokurs bewertet.

Für Ausgaben, die Aufwand künftiger Geschäftsjahre darfstellen, wird ein aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen (§ 285 Nr. 3a HGB)

Es besteht ein Darlehen gegenüber der Commerzabnk mit einem Restwert von 152.727,15EUR und einer Restlaufzeit von 2,5Jahren.

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 9,75 (Vorjahr: 19,5).
