Anhang

Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Herstellungs- und Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Für über den Bilanzansatz hinausgehenden Rückstellungsbedarf ergaben sich keine Feststellungen.
Die Schulden sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen und Angaben zu einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt, vermindert durch
planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter folgen der steuerlichen Regelung.

Es bestehen keine Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit
von mehr als einem Jahr.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt.
Rückstellungen für Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden auf der Basis versicherungsmathematischer Berechnungen nach dem handelsrechtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von
€ 11.162,39 (Vorjahr € 17.224,46).
