1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die VBF-Technik GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Oldenburg (Oldenburg). Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Oldenburg (Oldenburg) unter HR B4770 eingetragen.

2. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 weist die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf und wird gemäß den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften aufgestellt, wobei die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erfolgt.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der jeweiligen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt .

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die im Geschäftsjahr erworbenen geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden voll abgeschrieben.

Die Wertpapiere des Anlagevermögens wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Bei den Vorräten wurden die Waren und die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe mit den effektiven Einstandspreisen bewertet. Die unfertigen Leistungen wurden zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. In erforderlichem Umfang wurden auch Fertigungsgemeinkosten berücksichtigt. Das Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, die grundsätzlich alle innerhalb eines Jahres nach dem Bilanzstichtag fällig werden, wurden grundsätzlich mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Für Ausgaben, die Aufwand eines späteren Geschäftsjahres darstellen, wurde ein aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und sonstige ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgte jeweils in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um die zukünftigen Leistungsverpflichtungen abzudecken.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 485,00 (Vorjahr: € 616,51). Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern betragen € 5.031,25 (Vorjahr: € 4.070,80). Die Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit belaufen sich auf € 942,65 (Vorjahr: € 897,36).

4. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betrug € 388.565,37.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 2 (Vorjahr:2).
