Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben und Angabe der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Oldenburg und wird beim Registergericht Oldenburg unter HRB 206492 geführt.

Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Vertrieb von Software,
Internetdienstleistungen, Dienstleistungen zur Unternehmensorganisation einschließlich branchenüblicher IT-Serviceleistungen sowie Buchhaltungsdienstleistungen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft hat bei der Erstellung des Anhangs von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb der steuerrechtlichen zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände bilanzieren zum Nennwert.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Erträge und Aufwendungen wurden auf das Geschäftsjahr abgegrenzt und als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten berücksichtigt.

Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen, sowie bestimmte der übrigen, ihrer Eigenart nach genau umschriebene dem Geschäftsjahr oder einem früheren Geschäftsjahr zuzuordnende Aufwendungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
