Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 der Firma PLANAT GmbH, Schönbergstraße 45-47, 73760 Ostfildern-Kemnat (Amtsgericht Stuttgart, 211992) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung ergänzender Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie - Umsetzungsgesetzes (BILRUG) sowie der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 (2) HGB gegliedert.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung wird nach allgemeinen handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsmethoden vorgenommen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Bilanzstichtag einzeln und vorsichtig nach folgenden Maßstäben bewertet worden:

A K T I V S E I T E

Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Der Abschreibungszeitraum entspricht den Nutzungsdauern der Anlagegüter.
Die Immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden in drei bzw. fünf Jahren abgeschrieben.
Die Sachanlagen werden überwiegend in 3 bis 13 Jahren abgeschrieben.
Weitere Abschreibungen auf Anlagevermögen werden nicht vorgenommen.

Unter den Finanzanlagen wird die hundertprozentige Beteiligung an der PLANAT Polska Sp.z o.o mit einem Stammkapital von 1.500.000 Zloty ausgewiesen.

Umlaufvermögen

Die unfertigen Leistungen werden anhand des Anarbeitungszustandes zu Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Waren werden mit den Anschaffungskosten erfasst.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Erkennbaren Risiken wird durch Wertberichtigung Rechnung getragen. Zur Deckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wird eine Pauschalwertberichtigung auf Forderungen in Höhe von 1 v. H. eingestellt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit größer 1 Jahr bestehen in Höhe von 72,8 TEUR.

Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgt zu Nennwerten.

P A S S I V S E I T E

Die Rückstellungen decken ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Wagnisse sowie dem Geschäftsjahr zuzuordnende Aufwendungen. Sie werden in Höhe der Beträge gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.
Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzins der vergangenen sieben Jahre abgezinst.
Für weitere ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Risiken zu erkennen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen keine.

Bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen besteht überwiegend der übliche Eigentumsvorbehalt.

Weitere sonstige Verbindlichkeiten, die erst nach Abschlussstichtag rechtlich entstehen, bestehen nicht.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 01.01.2024 bis 31.12.2024 wurden durchschnittlich 78 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen bestehen für den Zeitraum 2025 bis 2029 finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von 763,3 TEUR.
Zum 31.12.2024 bestehen Verbindlichkeiten aus Bürgschaften in Höhe von 15,4 TEUR, die durch die Abtretung eines Bankguthabens besichert sind.
