Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Blickle Spedition GmbH + Co KG

I. Allgemeine Angaben ( § 267 HGB )
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine sogenannte „kleine Kapitalgesellschaft“.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden ( § 284 HGB )

Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und unter zusätzlicher Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Sachanlagen sind mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände, soweit entgeltlich erworben, sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet, die ggf. um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert wurden. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Vermögensgegenstände ist anhand der steuerlichen AfA- Tabellen festgelegt, wobei jeweils möglichst kurze zulässige Nutzungs- dauern gewählt wurden. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. In die Herstellungskosten wurden die Material- und Fertigungseinzelkosten sowie angemessene Gemeinkostenanteile einbezogen, Zinsen für Fremdkapital sind nicht in die Herstellungskosten einbezogen. Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Auf das gesamte Anlagevermögen wurden, soweit erforderlich, Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen.

Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt bei Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen zu Anschaffungskosten. Wegen der kontinuierlichen Wiederbeschaffung werden gewogene Durchschnittspreise zugrundegelegt; das strenge Niederstwertprinzip wird beachtet. Die unfertigen Leistungen werden zu Herstellungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegendem Stichtagswert angesetzt. Die Herstellungskosten enthalten die Einzelkosten sowie die not- wendigen Gemeinkosten. Zinsen für Fremdkapital sind nicht in die Herstellungskosten einbezogen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert unter Abzug von Einzelwertberichtigungen - bei erkennbaren Einzelrisiken - und Pauschalwertberichtigungen zur Abgeltung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos angesetzt. Forderungen in Fremdwährung werden mit dem Kurs zum Tag der Rechnungsstellung bzw. mit dem niedrigeren Stichtagskurs angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig, wurden im Einklang mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften stehende Berechnungsverfahren verwendet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung werden mit dem Umrechnungskurs bei Eingang der Rechnung bzw. - soweit der Umrechnungskurs am Stichtag höher ist - mit dem Stichtagskurs bewertet.

Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung wurden mit dem Kurs am Tage des Geschäftsvorfalles gebucht. Kursverluste bis zum Bilanzstichtag werden bei der Bewertung der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten erfasst.

Von der Stetigkeit der Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nicht abgewichen (284 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 HGB).

Zinsen für Fremdkapital wurden in die Herstellungskosten nicht einbezogen (§ 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 5 HGB).

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben ( § 285 HGB )

Vom Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten (€ 381.191 ) haben insgesamt € 0 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. Vom Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten sind insgesamt € 0 durch Grundpfandrecht und € 0 durch Bürgschaft gesichert (§ 285 Satz 1 Nr. 1 HGB ).
