Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 der Lizard IT GmbH, Ostrhauderfehn wird nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des HGB und des Gesellschaftsvertrages erstellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale für eine Kleinstgesellschaft gemäß § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gesellschaft beabsichtigt, von den Erleichterungen des § 326 HGB, insbesondere von der Option zur Hinterlegung einer verkürzten Bilanz (ohne Anhang), bei der Offenlegung Gebrauch zu machen.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Das Niederstwertprinzip wird beachtet.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt und beträgt EUR 25.000,00.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 234.578,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 165.842,46).

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von 6.762,42 ( Vorjahr: EUR 1.156,84) enthalten.

Im Jahresdurchschnitt beschäftigt die Gesellschaft 7 Arbeitnehmer
(Vorjahr: 5 Arbeitnehmer).

Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewandt.
