ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2022
I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß §§ 264 Abs. 1 S. 4, 274a, 288, 325, 326 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wird Gebrauch gemacht.
Die einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß HGB gegliedert, wobei die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt wurde. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften und stimmen mit dem Vorjahr überein.
Die Sachanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden gemäß der betriebswirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Die Zugänge werden zeitanteilig (pro rata temporis) abgeschrieben.
Die Vorräte wurden einzeln mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihrem Nominalbetrag bilanziert. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% der Nettoforderungen vorgenommen. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden zum Bilanzstichtag entsprechend berücksichtigt.
Die Rückstellungen werden unter Berücksichtigung der Erkenntnisse bei Abschlusserstellung mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen für Gewährleistungen werden in Höhe von 0,5% der Umsatzerlöse berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden gem. § 253 Abs. 2 HGB abgezinst.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben bzw. Einnahmen, die Aufwand bzw. Ertrag nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen. Der Ansatz erfolgt zu Nominalwerten.
II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Verbindlichkeiten
Für Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten in Höhe von € 4.711,10 liegen Sicherungsübereignungen an das jeweilige Kreditinstitut vor.
Für Kontokorrentkredite liegen selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaften der Gesellschafter in Höhe von jeweils € 15.338,76 (urspr. DM 30.000,00) vor.
III. Sonstige Angaben
1. Geschäftsführung
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Herr Manfred Zeman, Kaufmann, Otterloh und Herr Klaus Kufner, Servicetechniker, Hohenbrunn.
2. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Der Betrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen gemäß § 285 Nr. 3a HGB aus Miet- sowie Leasingverhältnissen beträgt € 28.068,45 (Vj.: € 42.099,21).
3. Durchschnittliche Zahl der Arbeitnehmer
Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 11 Arbeitnehmer angestellt.

4. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 24.578,19 zusammen mit dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von € 10.847,93 festzustellen.
