Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der Dittrich Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Latente Steuern werden gemäß § 274 HGB ausgewiesen, auf die Anwendung des § 274a Nr. 5 HGB wird verzichtet.

B. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführungsorgane
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch Herrn Dr. Thomas Ehring als Geschäftsführer geführt. Außer den Geschäftsführern waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
