ANHANG 2020

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.
Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bilanziert.
Das Anlagevermögen wurde linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittel-ten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Von der Bewertungsvereinfachung gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Forderungen, die liquiden Mittel, die Verbindlichkeiten und die Rückstellungen sind jeweils mit dem Nennwert in Euro bewertet.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht dem Gesamtkostenverfahren des § 275 Abs.2 HGB.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr, § 268 IV HGB sind nicht vorhanden
