Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01. bis 31.12.2010

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 242, 264 ff HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.
Zusätzliche Angaben aufgrund der Vorschrift des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB waren nicht erforderlich.
Die erforderlichen Vermerke zu einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, soweit nicht bereits dort erfolgt, sind nachstehend aufgeführt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen sowie um Abschreibungen nach steuerlichen Vorschriften, angesetzt.
Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgt zum Nennwert. Eine pauschale Wertberichtigung für Bonitäts- und Zinsrisiko ist gebildet.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle zum Bilanzaufstellungszeitpunkt bekannten ungewissen Verpflichtungen und erkennbaren Risiken. Der Ansatz erfolgt mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrag.
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden nicht. Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz
Bilanzgewinn
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn von € 35.378,06 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt € 19.186,45.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr im Durchschnitt 2 Mitarbeiter.
