Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanz ist nach dem Schema des § 266 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. Zur Aufstellung eines klaren und übersichtlichen Jahresabschlusses ist die Bezeichnung einiger Positionen den geschäftsspezifischen Besonderheiten der Gesellschaft angepasst worden. Wertansätze nach § 67 EGHGB werden fortgeführt.

Vorräte und Forderungen sind mit ihren Anschaffungskosten, Verbindlichkeiten zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Bilanz wurde gem. § 268 Abs. 1 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt. Die Bewertung wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen.

Verbindlichkeiten/Forderungen

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen im Berichtsjahr nicht.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 14.795,96.
Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis 1 Jahr betragen EUR 15.808,52.

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00.

Sitz der Gesellschaft ist in Grasbrunn.

Organe

Zu einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführern, unter Befreiung von § 181 BGB, wurde Herr Sharif el Murtadi, Grasbrunn, bestellt.
