Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2023

A. Allgemeine Hinweise

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma O/D Media GmbH mit Sitz in 66564 Ottweiler im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Saarbrücken unter HRB 43783 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertragsaufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 288 und 274 aHGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gliederungen sind unverändert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Selbsterstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Herstellungskosten bewertet und entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und wurden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagenvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten auschließlich linear. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen zeitanteilig.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert abzüglich eventuell notwendiger Einzelwertberichtigungen. Zur Erfassung latenter Risiken wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 2 % des um die Umsatzsteuer bereinigten Forderungsbetrages am Nominalbetrag der Forderungen abgesetzt.

Die Sonstige Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit Restlaufzeiten von über einem Jahr wurden entsprechend ihrer Laufzeit mit dem durch die Bundesbank vorgegeben Zinssatz zum Bilanzstichtag abgezinst.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Verlustrechnung

Forderungen

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Alle Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Eigenkapital

Ausschüttungsgesperrte Beträge:

Verbindlichkeiten

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von TEUR 389 (Vorjahr: TEUR 390) enthalten.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 6 (Vorjahr: TEUR 41).

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen TEUR 97 (Vorjahr: TEUR 93).

Von den Verbindlichkeiten sind TEUR 41 durch selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaften gesichert.

D. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks
in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen Leasingverpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 4 (Vorjahr: TEUR 8).

Sonstige Haftungsverhältnisse

Haftungsverhältnisse i.S.d. § 251 HGB bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Mitarbeiter

In 2023 waren durchschnittlich 13 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 13) beschäftigt.
