ANHANG

ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 268 ff. HGB) erstellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet.

Die Angabe der Vorjahreswerte sind der Bilanz zu entnehmen.

BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Aktivseite der Bilanz

Sachanlagen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten, zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten abzüglich Skonti bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer mit den steuerlich zulässigen Höchstsätzen.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gem. §6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen wurde im Jahr des Zugangs ein Abgang unterstellt.

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Positionen des Anlagevermögens ist dem Anlagegitter zu entnehmen. Dort ist auch die Abschreibung des laufenden Geschäftsjahres in einer der Gliederung des Anlagevermögens entsprechenden Aufgliederung angegeben.

Finanzanlagen
Finanzanlagen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Vorräte
Warenbestände sind unter Beachtung des strengen Niederwertprinzips zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung notwendiger Abschläge bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nominalwert angesetzt.
Bei den Forderungen ist eine Pauschalwertberichtigung abgesetzt, die dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko Rechnung trägt.

Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden entsprechend des § 250 Abs. 1 HGB gebildet.

Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen nach dem Grundsatz vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung dotiert und berücksichtigten alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten, Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
