(1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

(§ 284 Abs. 2 HGB)

Aktivseite

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Für die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wird die lineare Abschreibungsmethode angewandt.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 (2) EStG werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Für die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens gelten überwiegend folgende Nutzungszeiten:

PASSIVSEITE

Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der Beträge gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind. Hierbei wird allen erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben hierzu entfallen, da Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden.
