Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der maxcluster GmbH, Paderborn, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gesellschaft ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Paderborn, Abteilung B, Nr. HRB 10453, eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ist ausschließlich von den für den Anhang geltenden größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht worden.

Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes hat die Gesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.

2. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die dem Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 zugrunde liegenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind unverändert zum Vorjahr beibehalten worden.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt worden.

Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände der Vorjahre sind gemäß § 255 Abs. 2a HGB in Höhe der anteiligen Lohn- und Gehaltskosten aktiviert worden.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter sind im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben worden.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, wobei der Ansatz in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags erfolgte.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Für Differenzen zwischen den handelsrechtlichen und steuerlichen Wertansätzen, die sich in späteren Geschäftsjahren voraussichtlich abbauen, sind passive latente Steuern in Höhe der sich daraus ergebenden Steuerbelastung angesetzt worden.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben insgesamt eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen i. S. d. § 285 Nr. 3a HGB, die nicht in der Bilanz erscheinen und auch nicht nach § 251 HGB anzugeben sind, bestehen in Form von Mietaufwendungen in Höhe von TEuro 339 (Vorjahr: TEuro 334) jährlich.

Die Gesellschaft hat durchschnittlich 80,0 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 69,8) beschäftigt.
