Angaben unter der Bilanz

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Prisma GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Die Gesellschaft weist die Größenmerkmale für eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf und hat von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden die durch das Bilanzierungsrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) geänderten Vorschriften des HGB angewandt.

Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss wurden die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Die Gesellschaft hat von dem Wahlrecht gemäß § 274a Nr. 4 HGB, auf die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern zu verzichten Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Sonstige Angaben

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herr Johannes Abheiden geführt.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Nach Angaben der Gesellschaft bestanden neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten keine Haftungsverhältnisse, die nach § 251 HGB unter der Bilanz anzugeben gewesen wären.

Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr 11 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 22.9.2025.
