A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde unter Beachtung der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt.

B. Grundsätze der Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare oder degressive Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr als Sammelposten zeitanteilig abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw.

Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen: sie wurden ausreichend bemessen und sind nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in der Höhe notwendig.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert worden.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Herr Jens Voskuhl zum Geschäftsführer bestellt.
