Anhang

1.Allgemeine Angaben
Dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 liegen die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften zugrunde sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung.Des Weiteren fanden die entsprechenden steuerrechtlichen Regelungen Anwendung.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahrenaufgestellt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte unverändert zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer wurde auf Grund der steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen vorgenommen. Die Wirtschaftsgüter wurden entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter unter 800.- EUR wurden im Anschaffungsjahr aktiviert und in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die Bewertung erfolgte in der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Höhe.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz
3.1 Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens und der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände ergeben sich aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagespiegel.
3.2 Zum 31.12.2022 bestanden keinerlei Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren 3.3 Zum 31.12.2022 bestanden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 366.000.- €

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Person geführt:
