Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A. Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft appliLog GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Passau. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Passau unter HR B 6862 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft auf. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsvorschriften wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen
Die Zugänge zu den Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bei der Folgebewertung wurden die Anschaffungskosten des abnutzbaren Sachanlagevermögens vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung gemäß der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Bei der Bestimmung der Abschreibungsmethode wurde der tatsächliche Wertverzehr des Anlagevermögens beachtet. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten von bis zu EUR 800,- wurden nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgezogen.

Umlaufvermögen
Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten. Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen wurden sämtliche erkennbare Risiken berücksichtigt. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten
Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Dabei wurden die voraussichtlichen Kostensteigerungen bis zum jeweiligen Erfüllungstag berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen Steuern für das laufende Wirtschaftsjahr.Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Abweichung von bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Beim Jahresabschluss wurden die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden beibehalten.
Ein Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

D. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre und der Sicherungsrechte
Der Gesamtbeitrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00).
Der Gesamtbeitrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00).

Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 64.281,50 (Vj. EUR 53.105,50).
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00).

Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG)
Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von EUR 38.496,00.

§ 251 HGB
Neben den in der Bilanz aufgeführten Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Haftungsverhältnisse zu vermerken.

Außerordentliche Erträge und Aufwendungen
Im Jahresabschluss sind keine Erträge und Aufwendungen von außergewöhnlicher Größenordnung oder außergewöhnlicher Bedeutung enthalten.

E. Sonstige Angaben

Unternehmensorgane
Geschäftsführer Herr Joachim Müller, Diplom Kaufmann, wohnhaft in Deggendorf, einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Arbeitnehmer
Im Berichtsjahr wurden im Durchschnitt 10 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
