I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde gemäß den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften sowie des GmbH Gesetzes erstellt. Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i. V. m. § 267 Abs. 4 Satz 1 HGB.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00 und ist voll einbezahlt.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen in Höhe von EUR 25.578,63
(Vj. EUR 24.360,60).

Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten weisen ausschließlich Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr aus.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 0.
