1. Vorbemerkungen und Erläuterungen zur Gliederung

Die IT-Nettec GmbH, Peine ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 a Abs. 1 HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr zum 31. Dezember 2019 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung des Bilanzrechts-
Modernisierungsgesetzes(BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach der für Kapitalgesellschaften vorgeschriebenen Gliederung der Bilanz nach § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB ( Gesamtkostenverfahren ) erstellt.


2. Erläuterungen zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 – 256 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften ( §§268 – 274, 277 – 283 HBG, § 42 GmbHG ) aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss enthält sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge. Saldierungen von Aktiv- mit Passivposten sowie von Aufwendungen mit Erträgen und Lasten mit Rechten werden nicht durchgeführt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswert am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Flüssige Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Generalnorm

Weitere Angaben zur Vermittlung eines den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechenden Bildes der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage sind nicht erforderlich.
