Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert bzw. mit ihrem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert zum Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelten Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet und berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Forderungen und / oder Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine Mitarbeiter.
