Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Tz.

1. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes angewendet.

2. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen in Übereinstimmung mit den handelsrechtlichen AfA-Regelungen bewertet.

3. Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für alle erkennbaren Risiken bemessen.

4. Bei Gesellschaft handelt es sich nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

5. Gegenüber dem Gesellschaftergeschäftsführer bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von 19.025,18 €.

6. Als Geschäftsführer ist ab 01.10.2007 Alleingesellschafter Augustin Costin bestellt.
