Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Pirow. Sie ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Neuruppin unter der Nummer HRB13229 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden, soweit dies nach den Vorschriften des § 246 HGB nicht ausdrücklich gefordert wird.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie bis zum Abschlussstichtag realisiert wurden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Zahlung berücksichtigt worden.

Anlagevermögen

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauern zwischen zehn und dreiunddreißig Jahren) bewertet. Die Abschreibung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt grundsätzlich nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode. Im Zugangsjahr erfolgt die Abschreibung pro rata temporis.

Auf die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen, wenn voraussichtlich dauerhafte Wertminderungen vorliegen. Zuschreibungen aufgrund des Wertaufholungsgebotes erfolgen bis zu den fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten, wenn die Gründe für eine dauerhafte Wertminderung nicht mehr bestehen.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbaren Einzelrisiken wird durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Darüber hinaus wurden zur Deckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos pauschale Wertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Liquide Mittel sind mit Nennwert angesetzt.

Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen, sind unter dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten aktiv abgegrenzt.

Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die zum Abschlussstichtag bestehenden tatsächlichen Verpflichtungen.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen unter Berücksichtigung erwarteter künftiger Preis- und Kostensteigerungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag am Abschlussstichtag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 5.059.325,72 haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren.
