Bilanzbericht zum 31. Dezember 2010

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma biskomm GmbH wird auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Aufbau und Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen dem Vorjahr.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis € 410,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände soweit diese Forderungen darstellen, werden mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anzusetzen ist; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
