Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, wurden in der Bilanz gemacht.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in §267 Abs. 1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.
B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
a. Sachanlagen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen kam die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde jeweils unter Zugrundelegung der Betriebserfahrung geschätzt. Zugänge wurden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben.
b. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter
Bei den beweglichen Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 € wurde von dem Wahlrecht nach § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG Gebrauch gemacht. Diese wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Diese Wirtschaftsgüter haben sowohl im absoluten als auch im funktionalen Wert für das Unternehmen eine untergeordnete Bedeutung.
c. Vorräte
Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten.
d. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens
Die Forderungen wurden, ausgehend von den Anschaffungskosten, unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren und latent vorhandenen Ausfallrisikos bewertet. Sie haben Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr.
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

e. Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben
Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
f. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag erfasst, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen. Sie wurden zum Nennwert erfasst.
g. Rückstellungen
Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden, soweit dies gesetzlich zulässig ist.
Soweit die Rückstellungen am Bilanzstichtag Restlaufzeiten von mehr als einem Jahr hatten, erfolgte eine Abzinsung nach § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB. Für die Abzinsung des Erfüllungsbetrags wurden die von der Deutschen Bundesbank veröffentlichten Abzinsungssätze verwendet.
h. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
i. Latente Steuern
Die Befreiungsvorschrift des § 274a Nr. 4 HGB über die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern wurde in Anspruch genommen.
C. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz
Geschäftsvorfälle in ausländischer Währung
Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.
D. Sonstige Angaben
a. Geschäftsführer
Geschäftsführer war im gesamten Geschäftsjahr 2023 Herr Michael Schager.
b. Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 3 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
