A. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetz-buches aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt entsprechend den Pflichtangaben für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 276 HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Anlagevermögen

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu den Herstellungskosten angesetzt und nach Fertigstellung planmäßig abgeschrieben.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Selbständig nutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 werden voll abgeschrieben.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Nicht werthaltige Forderungen werden wertberichtigt. Uneinbringliche Forderungen werden ausgebucht.
Für das allgemeine Ausfallrisiko sowie Zins- und Mahnkosten wird eine Pauschalwert-berichtigung gebildet.

3. Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

4. Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten werden zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und sind nicht besichert.

Gesamtverbindlichkeiten:	712.668,62 €
- davon mit einer Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr:	257.908,39 €
- davon mit einer Restlaufzeit von ein bis fünf Jahren:	454.760,23 €
- davon mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren:	0,00 €
- davon Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter:	0,00 €

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Eigenkapital

Die Gesellschaft weist zum 31. Dezember 2023 ein Eigenkapital in Höhe von € 2.319.577,09 aus.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 21 Arbeitnehmer.

Vorstände der Gesellschaft sind Claus Abt, Kloster Lehnin und Dr.-Ing. Stefan Harries, Berlin.
